Chicken and Thai Massaman Curry Sauce
1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman Curry Sauce
½ lb. chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 medium potato, cut into cubes
1 small yellow onion, cut into wedges
3 tbsp. roasted peanuts
Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce in a sauce pan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add chicken and stir.
Add potatoes and onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.
Add peanuts, remove from heat and serve with steamed jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti. Enjoy!
