Authentic Thai Chicken Massaman Curry

1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Massaman Curry Sauce

largechicken breast, cut into chunks

1 medium potato, cut into cubes

1 small onion, cut into wedges

¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts

 

Add WATCHAREE'S Massaman Curry Sauce in a saucepan or wok and warm over medium heat. Add chicken and stir. Add potatoes and onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, and potatoes and onions are soft.  Add peanuts, remove from heat and serve with steamed Thai jasmine rice, sticky rice, nan or roti.
