Thai Massaman Curry Turkey Burger


1/3 cup WATCHAREE'S Thai massaman curry sauce

1 lb. ground turkey

3/4 cup panko bread crumbs

1 egg, lightly beaten

Safflower oil for cooking patties

Olive oil for avocado spread

2 ripe avocados

1 lime

Microgreens

Salt & pepper to taste

Sesame seeds

4 buns

In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, massaman curry sauce, egg and panko bread crumbs, and form into 4 patties. Chill for at least 10 minutes. Add oil and cook patties in a skillet on medium high heat, or grill for 5-6 minutes on each side to cook through. Add cheese of your choice until melted.

In a medium bowl, mash 2 ripe avocados, add oil, lime juice, sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Spread avocado over lightly toasted bun, sprinkle sesame seeds, add microgreens and grilled cheese patty on top. Enjoy!
