Thai Green Curry Seafood Pasta
1 jar WATCHAREE'S Thai Green Curry Sauce
4 cups pasta, cooked
1 – 1½ lb. seafood
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup basil leaves, chiffonaded
In a large sauté pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add seafood, such as shrimp, fish, or scallops, and cook for 5-8 minutes depending on size or thickness of the seafood. Set aside. Add WATCHAREE’S Thai Green Curry Sauce to saucepan heat over medium heat. Mix all ingredients together over medium heat. Sprinkle with basil and fresh or dried red chili. Enjoy!
